2 years rotation program to gain knowledge and experience in various financial areas.
Your role:
For 2 years you will gain experience by rotating among different financial departments in our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw e.g. accounting, FP&A, or transfer pricing. The duration of each station may be between 2 to 4 months or longer. You will take part in interesting assignments and challenging projects as well as learn a lot about various finance roles in multinational company which will provide great networking and mentoring opportunities. After the successful completion of the program, there will be a possibility to extend the cooperation.
Who you are:
- Graduate, student of the last year (with a high level of availability), or professional with 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Education in the financial area or similar with an excellent grade
- Self-driven and proven track record of self-development, willingness to invest time in learning and upskilling is the key success factor
- High motivation, passion, and curiosity to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
- You have proven to be a team player as well as a facilitator in problem-solving
- Knowledge of IFRS, accounting, or auditing will be an asset
- Fluent English is required, another language will be a plus
